Cancellation Policy We understand that unplanned issues may arise, and you might need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If this happens, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. -Appointments canceled within 23- 12 hours will be charged 25% of the service price. -Appointments canceled within 11 to 4 hours will be charged 50% of the service price. Digital Promotions: Digital promotions sold by third parties will be honored for the price paid, not the promotional deal purchased. No-Show Policy When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses the opportunity to be seen. Therefore: No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service price. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy allows us to better serve all of our valued clients by minimizing missed opportunities. Promotions Policy My Facial Room promotions are only offered on our website and approved social media channels. Third-party Digital Promotions: If you purchased a promotion from a third party, the voucher will be redeemed automatically and will only be honored for the price paid, not the promotional deal. Gift Cards: Gift cards must be purchased on our website or in person at our location. Gift cards must display both the purchaser’s name and the recipient’s name. We do not accept gift cards purchased elsewhere as full or partial payment for services or products. Expiration of Third-Party Promotions: Promotions purchased from third parties expire 90 days after purchase. After expiration, the voucher will only be accepted as part of the payment for a service, equivalent to the amount paid. If you prefer a refund for your voucher, please contact the third-party company from which you purchased the promotion. Age Requirements Facial treatments are available for all ages. Clients aged 10 to 16 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Teens aged 17 to 18 years are welcome to enjoy facial treatments with a parent’s written approval. Refund Policy (No Exceptions) *Products: Please refer to the refund policy under the Store tab on our website. *Packages: Packages are non-refundable once the first treatment has been started. *Services: A full refund is available for services canceled within 48-25 hours before the appointment's date. To cancel, text us at 786-383-1599. Refunds will be processed to the original card used and may take 4 to 5 business days to appear, depending on the card processor’s timing.
